Sculptor Julia Levitina (C’03) returns to the Hilltop
Artist Julia Levitina (COL ’03) returned to the Hilltop on September 30 to meet with Prof. Evan Reed’s Sculpture I class. A double-major at Georgetown in Art and Foreign Languages with a minor in Philosophy, Levitina went on to study sculpture at the renowned Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia. She has exhibited widely in the US and abroad, and was recently commissioned by Georgetown to create the grand bronze statue of St. Joseph with Christ Child that stands along Library Walk.
