Prof. Mike Osborne's Photographs Accompany Time Magazine Cover Story

Professor Mike Osborne was recently commissioned by Time Magazine to produce a series of photographs of Texas cities. Shot in Austin and Dallas, the photographs accompany the current print issue’s cover story, “Why Texas Is Our Future,” by Tyler Cowen, an economics professor at George Mason University. The photographs extend some of the concerns of “Republic,” one of Professor Osborne’s ongoing projects.
